Note: The stall designer's details provided are for reference only. The Organizer holds no responsibility for any fraud or damage. Exhibitors are solely responsible for any disputes with stall designers.

TECH VAPI 2026 – Stall Designer Registration

Terms & Conditions

• Stall Designers must register with TECH VAPI 2026 to provide stall designing services.
• Registration Fee: ₹10,000/- (Non-Refundable)
• Registered designers will be listed on the TECH VAPI Website.
• Premium Stall Holder details will be shared from 15th October 2026.

Security Deposit

• ₹25,000/- (Refundable) – For designing One Stall
• ₹51,000/- (Refundable) – For designing More Than One Stall
• Security Deposit must be paid by Demand Draft (DD) in favour of TECH VAPI.
• Possession of Bare Space Stall will not be granted without the applicable Security Deposit.

Stall Design Guidelines

• Maximum Back Wall Height: 8 Feet
• Maximum Front Fascia Height: 12 Feet
• Stall designs must comply with TECH VAPI guidelines.

Stall Possession & Installation

• Bare Space Stall possession starts from 21st December 2026, 9:00 AM.

24th December 2026 (After 12:00 PM) is a Blank Day. No stall construction or installation will be permitted.

Power & Material Handling

• Bare Space Exhibitors must apply for Extra Power (1 kW to 3 kW), if required.
• Hydra Crane & Forklift services for heavy machinery are available on a chargeable basis.
• Heavy vehicles are not permitted inside the exhibition venue.
• Materials must be unloaded at the Material Entry Gate and shifted through the Organizer's authorized transit partner.

Dismantling

• Stall dismantling is permitted only on 26th December 2026.
• Material hand-carry is allowed after 7:00 PM.
• Vehicles are allowed after 8:30 PM.
• Hydra/Forklift services are available after 9:30 PM.

Security Deposit Forfeiture

• The Security Deposit will be forfeited without refund if the Stall Designer fails to dismantle the stall and remove all materials from the venue on or before 26th December 2026.

Important Note: TECH VAPI reserves the right to approve, reject, or modify any stall design that does not comply with exhibition rules, safety standards, or venue regulations. All decisions of the Organizer shall be final and binding.

Security Deposit for Stall Construction

Stall designers not empanelled with our Exhibition involved in the construction of bare space or shell schemes are required to pay a security deposit via NEFT / RTGS.

Prime Location Two Side Open Stall 10% extra.

Prime Location Three Side Open Stall 20% extra.

GST & other statutory levies will be extra.

Back walls of stalls cannot exceed 8 feet, and front fascia walls must not exceed 12 feet.

Possession of the Bare stall will not be granted without the payment of the security deposit of:
Rs. 15,000/- minimum (subject to change depending on number of stalls).
